Refund policy
Return right and deadline
SwissGetal products can be returned within 15 days of receipt:
if they are unopened and in their original packaging
If the article was delivered damaged, delivered incorrectly or there is a cake recall
Returns must be reported in advance by email info@swissgetal.ch.
If delivered goods are obviously poor, this can be objected to within 5 days of receiving customer service. Without timely complaint, the goods are considered accepted. Goods whose defects are not immediately recognizable must be reported to customer service immediately after discovering the defect. You can be returned to Swissgetal in the original packaging. If the conditions for the return are met and the delivery is possible, the customer receives a replacement delivery or a refund.
Refund value
The reimbursement takes place according to the same payment method as when ordering. The maximum reimbursement value corresponds to the purchase price.
Return shipping costs
The shipping costs for returning the items are at the expense of the sender. In the following cases, SwissGetal's return costs are taken over:
If one other than the ordered goods
If a defective article is received
Transport damage
If damage occurs during the transport or if the properly sent goods do not apply at the delivery location, the customer must contact the logistics company directly. Swissgetal assumes no warranty or liability in connection with the transport of goods.
